St. Paul's College Primary School Wellness Programme

A wellness programme, jointly organized by the College, our primary school and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, was successfully run for Primary 6 students at SPCPS on 30 June. The programme aimed to promote wellness and inclusiveness among our primary school students.

The P.6 students had a chance to get on the HKFYG Moving Wellness Truck and have hands-on experience of the interactive multimedia installations on board to learn more about human emotions as well as various ways to happiness.

Our Wellness Ambassadors also conducted handcraft making and video sharing sessions, during which they shared with their ‘little brothers’ tips on coping with stress and adapting to secondary school life.

The programme proved to be effective, as demonstrated by the high level of enthusiasm and positivity shown by the primary students during all the activities. We trust that they will continue to strive to create a caring and supportive campus for the benefit of themselves and their schoolmates.
